On Bennett and Fagan Lakes we strive to create a safe and welcoming community for our residents. Swimming, canoeing and kayaking are the top three recreational activities identified by members.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all who share our beautiful natural environment. Maintaining good water quality and water levels requires monitoring and action.

We believe that fostering a sense of community is essential to a happy and healthy environment. All shore-line owners are welcome and encouraged to join the association and participate in events throughout the year.
Love Your Lake is a program of Watersheds Canada and the Canadian Wildlife Federation. Bennett and Fagan Lake Association undertook a lake survey in 2024. Each resident on Bennett and Fagan Lakes received individual reports and report.
The first location is near the property line of 267 and 269 Scott Court property owned by the Deering's and the Lampman's. Look for the white barrel with the large "F" on the lid. It is located at water's edge about 30' east of Lampman's dock, near the shore with trees close by.
